After creating your wholesaler account, you can post unlimited properties through our streamlined listing dashboard. Upload property details, photos, documents, and your asking price. Your listings will be instantly visible to our network of active investors looking for deals in Utah. We provide analytics so you can track views and inquiries to help you close deals faster.
Are there any membership fees?
For investors, basic membership is $15/monthly, giving you access to browse available properties. For wholesalers, we offer a premium membership that allows you to post unlimited properties for $15/monthly. Our subscriptions are designed to fit operations of any size. How quickly do deals typically move on the platform?

How are property details verified?
